Our Contingency Search is a service
where-as the client is looking for a full time employee and has the advantage of no costs incurred until we have filled the
position. Our group of highly skilled Recruiters will continually search and
provide candidates until the job search is filled or has been closed. This is a very popular type of search for companies
that have a difficult time locating qualified candidates or are looking to supplement their internal recruiting efforts. The fee to the client is based on a percentage of the annual salary of the candidate.
Retained
Search
Hiring the right person being technical,
management or executive is extremely important for your organization and requires the highest level of service and experience.
We will only assign these searches to our most senior consultants that have the experience and expertise at placing top executives
and technical people. Some of these consultants have held similair positions and can truly determine what candidates
will be worth pursueing.
We will dedicate a team of experts to research, and conduct a thorough analysis of the industry. This service
offers clearly communicated timelines and extensive in-depth research and interviews. Our clients will also receive
a candidate report which includes feedback on activity, the industry and candidates under consideration.
Each candidate presented is picked by our
experts and guaranteed to have been extensively interviewed and technically screened to meet the client’s
requirements.
Contract Recruiting
Contract Recruiting is a service that is designed to be an extension of our clients’ recruiting department.
Our team of experts are experienced in the industry and have held similar positions to those you are in need of, which
helps recognize great candidates for your needs. They are also highly trained recruiting and sourcing consultants
that can successfully address critical openings within any area of your organization.
Our team is also versatile and experienced at adapting to additional resources and databases you may need them to work
on resulting in a seamlessly blend into your organization. In addition they are experienced at working with your Hiring Managers
to truly determine their needs in each area. This will help get you up to speed quickly on all your projects. This can be
performed remotely from our site saving you space, equipment, communications and other casts associated with people on site.
On-site is also available at a client’s location and both are typically billed on an hourly basis.
This service also allows us to selectively consider additional candidates for regionals and upcoming positions
that we feel you may need in the future.
Contract to Hire
On occasion our clients require a qualified candidate for a short project or high volume job requirements. Sometimes a client just wants to test the skills and working habits of a candidate,
before he or she is offered a full time position. These arrangements help our
client eliminate bad hiring decisions and ensure a good fit for the employee and the employer.
We offer a cost effective program that will minimize the impact of employee turnover
and lower your cost-per-hire.
